Global superstar Ed Sheeran has revealed that Bhutan would host his much-anticipated leg on his Mathematical Tour 2025, his biggest performance series to date, on January 24, 2025. The English singer-songwriter, musician, record producer, and actor will be performing in the nation for the first time. Thimphu’s Changlimithang Stadium will host the performance. At 12:00 am today, tickets for the performance will go on sale exclusively online at www.tix.bt. To buy tickets, Bhutanese nationals must utilize their Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Cards and update their Bhutan app. Foreign tourists can purchase tickets by email, but they will have to pay the sustainable development charge and arrange for visas. Tickets for Indian citizens cost INR 1,200.
