The TUI Blue Paro Taktsang will provide a modern, upscale atmosphere targeting leisure travelers interested in cultural engagement, wellness, and local experiences. The hotel’s architecture will draw on traditional Bhutanese design, complemented by the signature TUI Blue Experiences, wellness-oriented amenities, and diverse dining options showcasing local cuisine. Furthermore, the property is committed to sustainable practices and responsible operations, aligning with Bhutan’s environmental objectives, while also promising to create local jobs, build community partnerships, and significantly contribute to the nation’s tourism growth.

TUI Blue Paro Taktsang will be situated by a serene waterfront, surrounded by breathtaking mountain landscapes and close to significant cultural sites such as the Tiger’s Nest Monastery, Kyichu Lhakhang Temple, and Ugyen Pelri Thang Palace in the scenic village of Shari, Paro. The resort will feature 34 Junior Suites and Suites, dining establishments, two bars, a ballroom, an indoor heated pool, spa, and fitness facilities.
The introduction of TUI Blue in Bhutan is part of TUI Group’s ambitious growth strategy in Asia, complementing its existing portfolio of 25 hotels in China and Southeast Asia, with over 30 additional projects in the pipeline across the region.
