Agency: Bhutan National Bank (BNB) has introduced its first Loyalty Program for its users. It is an initiative aimed at the users for their continued support throughout the years.
The bank’s Loyalty Program allows customers to earn reward points for using various banking services through the mPay App, including QR payments, ATM withdrawals, POS transactions, and online services like Internet Banking, Agency Banking, and Payment Gateway.
The program also offers special rewards for actions like mobile recharges, loan payments, and educational payments through the App’s “Cashback Quest” feature.
Additionally, the “Refer & Earn” option lets users earn rewards by recommending BNB services to others.The customers are also recognized for their years of banking with the bank and the accumulated points can be redeemed for various rewards.
BNB CEO Sonam Tobgay said, “This program is our way of thanking our customers for their loyalty. They are the foundation of our success, and this initiative shows our commitment to giving back to them.”
